Temperature Gauge question

Can anyone tell me at what temperature the warning light will come on on a 200tdi Discovery temp gauge??

Yes I know its bloody hot but its a genuine techy question for another MC member :D
Vehicle history:
Discovery 200tdi - Charity - went past her expiry date
Discovery 300tdi - Clarity - went into rear of Audi A3
Discovery 300tdi - D'une  - went bang
Discovery TD5 - unnamed - just went

:lol: Oh yes forgot about that. Mine definately has a light that comes on when it hits the red

It's hot enough to make you strat pulling the seat buttons out with your backside and praying that it doesn't let go.

When the light starts flashing it's best to do something about it.
Mine did it after Bramcote towing the caravan. Loads of water to wash the mud out of the radiator cured it.

I can't find any data with the precise temperature though. You could get technical and test/meter it in hot water until it brings the light on.
