The method you use in the running of your club is the same as the way our own club ARGYLL 4X 4 is run We are a small group of enthusiasts who have been organising events for the past three years. In this time we have become known through our setting up of events monies from same are donated to needy charities. On the strength of this we were introduced to one of the Forestry Commision Managers who was on one of our events, subsequently we were invited to have a meetings with the forestry management team which resulted in our access to Lochgilphead Forest. We now regularly run events in this beautifull part of the country and are continuing to make donations to local charitys. The charity will be chosen along with the Commision for each drive we hold. We have had to set many rules in place regarding Risk Assesment and method statement of our drive days methods. This method is well established and our events continue to attract a good following. I will post our events on your site in the hope some of your members may be in our area
