Ensign :D
-
what's an ensign
-
Ensign was a junior rank of commissioned officer in the infantry regiments of the British army, now replaced by that of Second Lieutenant!
YES I KNOW I AM SAD!!!
-
Thought it was a naval rank
-
In the United States Navy, the rank of "Ensign" superseded in 1862 that of "Passed Midshipman". It designates an officer in the United States Navy or the United States Coast Guard ranking with a Second Lieutenant in the army.
Where would we be without Copy-n-Paste! :D

What he said.....i think :?

When I became an ensign, one of my posts was deleted and I was demoted but after saying hello to a few newbies soon got ensign back. The tip is to leave plenty of margin. So deletions are no longer an issue.

Are you aware, the higher the rank you are, you are most likely to be the first to be shot by the enemy :? :D

'Ensign' is still only a dream to me, but I thought that all the higher ranks used us lesser mortals as cannon fodder at the front whilst they sat at the back with their tea and bikkies.
Also if the enemy see my in my Discovery, they won't think I'm very high ranking - look out all you Range Rover drivers.
??????
Tim.

Only those above major got tea and biccies.
