OK then. Who knows the name of the cheapest insurance company? Low mileage, Third Party only, in fact just enough to be legal on the road! For an old Series 2A..............

thanks BB
-

-
just insured mine complete with mods with Adrian Flux!! not many companies i tried cover you if you have mod's on your vehicle, i know Lancaster don't!
-
Lancaster covered Piglet with a rollcage and the 4.6.....
-
a friend tried to insure his series3 and because it had a suspension lift and a winch Lancaster wouldn't insure it!

They did mine! And the 90 with all its mods! I've been with them for 10 years when I had my MG!

The NFU are good for Series vehicles... also try the guys in the mags.
Secure Direct have some very good specialist LR policies through NIG (That's who I'm with)
-
NFU is cheap

I'd suggest either Adrian Flux or Sureterm.
Been with AF for the last two years but this year after my v8 conversion Sureterm were £100 cheaper.
When I told Flux they said they'd beat Sureterms price so this year I've stayed with them again and I'm now paying less with a 3500 V8 than I was last year with a 2.25. :D :D (It's now £145 for TPFT with 5K miles limit on a 1980 SIII, 35yo)
Insurance is a always a lottery - I'm sure it depends on the day of the week/month you phone and who you speak to.

Just signed the racer up with Secure Direct again yesterday. No quibble with mods - although I will send them a long list.
Very resonable - limited mileage.

Agree with the NFUers here - insured a SIII for £52 a year with them a couple of years ago.
