my friend drove in and the roof bars hit first forcing the car down on the suspension so was under a bit of pressure when it popped up after running on the bars   damage, new sunroof, new alpines, new roof
he gave the attendant a rollicking and was forced to eat humble pie as the attendant pointed at the large sign on the entrance

Large aero engine co I used to work for in East Midlands when transporting big Jets down the M1 with police escort has been known to deflate tyres on low loader to get load under bridges in Northamptonshire after the road was resurfaced and the posted height clearance all wrong.

Then on future missions diverted around M1 obstacles avoiding low bridges using ordinary roads back to M1.  8)
