Since changing the pads a month or so ago the front bakes now squeak all of the time and only stop when I actually brake or turn the wheel.
This is really, really annoying.
Can it be fixed ? If not should I replace the pads is there any way to stop the new ones from squeaking also.
TIA

Did you grease up the new pads ? - you need to apply a really small amount of copper grease to the back of the pads, this stops the squealing.
But only a real little smear of grease is required !!!!!!!!!

When things squeek I always give them a quick spray with WD40.
ONLY KIDDING!!!!!!!

So if I apply some grease now will that stop the squeaking ?

You'll need to remove the pads, and smear a very small amount over the back of the pad - then re-install the pad carefully.

You could at one time buy shim kits for this, but not now so much, as has been said use a smear of grease on the back o fthe pads, I myself use coppergrease
