Title: Loose Heater Matrix
Post by: philbert on July 25, 2005, 11:38:46
Under the bonnet today and noticed the heater matrix is loose.
It appears nothing is holding it into the heater box. :!:  :!:
what holds it in and is it just a case of drilling out the rivets to get at it?

The matrix is held in place by foam whitch rot's in time leaving it loose, just cut some to size & bob's a relative  :)
Also the job of the foam is to stop air bypassing the matrix & yes just drill the rivets  :)
