Post by: Colin 009 on August 14, 2005, 22:21:05
Hi,

I get a rumbling sound from under my car between 65 and 75/80 then it disappears, thought it might be due to tyre presures but not sure.

Any sugggestions :?

Get under there and check the props... could be worn UJs
Also worth jacking up the wheels and checking the bearings
Could be a wheel slightly off-balance too

has yours got a suspension lift? mine has a slight rumble at abowt 45mph and i think it's due to the angle of the props? could be wrong tho

It's not due to the additional wind resistance on the front end is it?
Have you tried it without the valence?

Seriously tho I think Tim has summed it up, my money's on a prop UJ
