Trying to wire in my 300tdi conversion and Im stuck....

I dont knwo how to wire in the fuel cut off solonoid or the glow plug timer.

The timer I can leave (its summer....)

But the fuel shut off I cant.

It has three wires going into it:
Pink/Black
Red/Black
Red

Just to get this thing running, what do I need to wire to what???

Not 100% sure what the three wires go to, but usually on bosch diesel pumps they only have three wires to the feul cut off if the vehicle has a transponder imobiliser.  If this was the case then there is a simple answer if you remove the rear mounting bracket off of the back of the pump then you will find that under the imobiliser module is a standard fuel cut off solenoid.   Simpley throw away the imobiliser module and connect a 12v ignition supply to the solenoid and JD.    If you require any further info on removing the rear mounting drop us a PM, you can cause damage to the pump internals if you remove the wrong screws.

Just take a ignition switched feed to the stop solinoid (switch ope when ingnition on and switches off when ignition off)

Whoops.....

I was being  a muppet... :oops:

I was getting the throttle guage for the EGR confused with the solonoid  :oops:  :oops:
