Looks like 9pm Sunday and 10pm Thursday on ITV2.

Is good.  Some bloke did an uncooked Salmon on a plank of Cedar! Gordon called him a plank and he stood there thinking it was a compliment until he said "I'm sorry I don't understand", to which Mr Ramsay replied "It means you're a ******** idiot"

Class.  The bloke announced himself as a Executive Chef!
