Just noticed one the other day in a shop in Caernarfon. A land Rover TD5 SW model with Ifor Williams trailer. The scale is 1/32 and reference number is Britains 42128. It was priced at £20 which I thought was alot but being a "Britains" model this price is probably the norm. Britains toys are for posh kids where the parents have lots of money.
Ifor williams trailers are popular in Wales and many pick ups have the Ifor williams cover rather than a canvas hood. Is this loyalty to a Welsh manufacturer I suspect. They do look good.

I remember as a kid being fascinated by all the differant Britains models & paraphanalia, Balers, Combines, tractors, etc.....
To be honest, I still am

Undoubtledy so, but Ifor-Williams (name of the founder) are the 'Dogs Doo-dahs' of trailers.
I'm certainly not Welsh, but I'm pleased to own an I-W trailer :D
