I noticed a puddle of liquid on the drive the other day - appears to be coolant. Looks to be dripping down onto the steering guard from the region of the rad. Topped it up and doesn't appear to be losing any more, but I'll keep an eye on it.
However, on the way up to the Peaks over the weekend the viscous fan stopped being viscous and is now directly coupled to the engine. I'll get it seen to at the next service, but is it likely to be related to the coolant loss? I thought on the TD5 the fan was nothing to do with the water pump.

be careful viscous fans have a habit of shearing off the spindle and exiting thru the rad if they stop being viscous anymore, we had transits that used to do it
