Title: PC madness again
Post by: beast5680 on October 18, 2005, 08:38:45
Any one seen the latest modification the the much loved fairytale snow white? Not allowed to use the word Dwarf now   has to be a small person or a gnome, I ask you :?  so its all right to call someone a Gnome but not a dwarf?

Here are a couple modern titles for the classics

The young caucasion female and her 7 vertically challenged co-habitants

Little red riding hoodie-she,s been served with an ASBO and banned from the local shopping centre

Any others?

Terry Pratchett does it best. In 'Witches Abroad' (I think?) his charactors refer to the 'vertically challenged' species as 'Lawn Ornaments'

not related to films or anything but is certainly 'PC'.

Teachers are not supposed to use a red pen anymore. Gives off the wrong vibes apparently. Its reletated to this 'defered success' thingy crap.

Surely it can't be Snow White anymore either then.  It would have to be something like Snow Very Pale Shade! :?
