How would I go about fitting heavy duty springs to the rear, is it a case of jacking it up slipping out the old ones. jobs a good'n?

From what i saw 2 days ago you jack up the chassis and stick it on an axle stand.
jack up the axle and remove the wheel.
loosen the top shock bolt. undo the bottom of the shock and remove the lower part from its seat.
undo the 2 retaining plate nuts inside the botom of the spring.then lower the axle, slowley until it pops out.
You may need spring clamps for this.
Refit is the reverse.

If its for the disco then its easy.

I just fitted airbags in mine and all I did was take the wheel off, undo the bottom of the shock and jack up the chassie.  the spring will come out just before the brake line starts to stretch
