Oh how true some of them are :lol:  :lol: ;

One doctor who had scribbled TTFO - an expletive expression roughly translated as "Told To Go Away" - on a patient's notes


DBI refers to "Dirt Bag Index", and multiplies the number of tattoos with the number of missing teeth to give an estimate of the number of days since the patient last bathed.

NB; These are not used on official paperwork (patients Medical Records), just between staff

..along with the ubiquitous FUBAR, SBD (soon be dead) and JP FROG (Just Plain F'in' Run Out Of Gas) :(bigsmile):

Start to worry when they've got DNR on any notes including the official ones.
