Why ?

The injectors will put in a lot more fuel than ever the engine will burn, no matter how much power increase you manage.

The tdi will give a lot more power but watch you don't pay ofr it in the engine life.

As for exhaust temperatures; never go over 500, that is where you get high temperature corrosion and start to loose lumps of engine componets.

It's the pump you want to modify, not the injectors (that's petrol engines).  Try a larger intercooler (alisport or J Fearns) and a pump tweak to see it really fly.

P.S., never go over 500 what?

Have you tried Turner Engineerings cylinderhead? http://www.turner-engineering.co.uk/html/performanceheads.html It says that you gain 10-30% more power... Anyone tried those? Comments...
