i am quite frustrated now that i havnt been able to cure this noise.
it sounds like the clunk you get from a front ball joint(track rod end)
it comes from the rear on the drivers side
especially when going from reverse to first(moving)and turning to the left
ie a three point turn
ive done the a frame bushes and ball joint
polybushed the upper shock mounts
if by hand i
shake the wheels =no noise
roll the wheels =no noise
am i missing something obvious

Check the radius arm bushes are really tight and havn't worked loose. Check for backlash in the drivetrain, oh and the propshaft nuts.

might be prop u/j's

nope, well depends on how much play
it shouldnt be that noticeable
this could be the clunk!

heres hoping
will 90 diffs fit on
assuming i change halfshafts
and would that help with the ratio and the large tyres

they should fit - so shouldn't be any probs.
the ratio i think is the same 3.54 to 1.
hope you've found your problem
