Just wondering, i read somewhere i while ago (cant remember where :? ) That ashcrofts were bringing out a heavy duty CV joint.
Does anyone know when its due out? or how it is better than the stock unit?

They are, but the price isn't fixed yet, and the delivery date isn't confirmed ;-)
Initial tests look pretty good in terms of being stronger than the standard ones.
CV's are a bit of a minefield in some respects. An alternative for some of the newer vehicles is to convert to the older AUE2522 CV used in the early 90s and 110s as these tend to be much stronger. This does involve swapping a few other bits over at the same time... it's just a case of doing some maths.
The Ashcroft CV is made from a better grade of material than the standard item, and it machined to be stronger.
The other thing to bear in mind if you are breaking joints is that the genuine / GKN CVs are stronger than many of the aftermarket replacements. They are more expensive, but a lot depends on what you want from life ;-)

Is there any special thing i need to know about taking the inner halfshaft out of a cv... it doesnt realy want to come out of the cv! Its a 1991 200tdi 90

Get a rubber mallet... hold the shaft with the CV at the bottom and give it a thump :-)
There is a little circlip which holds the shaft in place.

GKN CV's are a tad harder but have been known to shatter at the Bell.
Mal of Maxi Drive fitted a pr then had the customer back after the first trip with both smashed. the Bearmach ones tend to break the stub off rather than shatter the Bell in my experience.

I have them and there is a real Peace of mind when using the ARB now
