I was searching awhile ago and found a site where someone was posting saying he had searched for ages till he found a company that did it. 6 months later and he is still waiting
I have a petrol so I will probably be best off to just avoid water and deep wet mud anyway.
Sorry, not much help there.

Guys guys guys ;-)
You are looking for a Vauxhall Frontera snorkel .... dead end.
You drive Isuzus .... rebadged. I think it's the Isuzu Frontier....
http://www.arbil.co.uk/
They do Isuzu snorkels :-)

 Same story I keep getting.. thanks anyways guys
Its the Izuzu Rodeo equivalent that I have (LWB Frontera).. 2.3TDi
hmm.. I will keep my eyes peeled anyway.
Remember... Google is our friend

The issue might be the engine type.
I have the following listed :
Isuzu / GMH Rodeo Diesel 2.8L
Isuzu / GMH Jakaroo Trooper 3.1D & 3.0D
Vauxhall Monterey Diesel 3.1 & Diesel 3.0
Isuzu / GMH Jackaroo Trooper 3.2 petrol
Vauxhall Monterey 3.2 petrol
If any of them are any good to you... send me an email : tim@devon4x4.com

I may be wrong but i thought it was the amigo internationly like i said i may be wrong

They do two equivalents..
Amigo - Frontera Sport (SWB)
Rodeo - Frontera Estate (LWB)
I am not sure about the engine type.. I think thats down to the age. After reading up a little on the Frontera's, they have stopped producing the 2.3TDi and now the standard low spec Estate is a 2.8Ltr..
I will have a look in the Bible tonight (Haynes Manual) to see if there is any difference in the 2.8 Diesel and the 2.3Diesel with regards to the air intake.. and if I could adapt a 2.8 to suite.
Thanks

Huge difference Matey!. the 2.3 is the crappy old Bedford CF engine, the 2.8 is a Isuzu, the 2.5 is VM and the 2.2 is Vauxhall. HTH :)

Ah poo... I was hoping I might be able to fudge it so it would work.
To be honest.. I am not too good with Engines at the mo. I pick up pretty quickly tho so I suppose the more I play, the more I'll know.
Give me a PC/Server or an SA80 and I can strip and assemble both with my eyes closed!!
:D
-
I'm not saying you can't make it fit but.....
The fact is i don't know but the engines aren't even distantly related.

Give me a PC *and* an SA80 and I can solve all your operating system worries 8)
-
You want the new version, the old SA80 will just jam quicker than a microsoft application can!
You thought of using the outside part of a raised air intake designed for a similar vehicle and getting the connecting tube to the air box custom made?
-
hmmm... might work I supose.. definately worth looking into
:(thinkhard):
