any one from the isle of man?
i am working over their at the moment, home for the weekend
sadly weve only got the astra van their, disco is at home tucked up in the garge
got an os map so we can find are way around, was just wondering are you allowed to drive the byways because their looks like their is loads and could be quite good going up the hills....?
obviousaly not in the van but wouldnt mind a weekend in the spring in the disco with a few mates

hey.....you will find four of us around this board, how long are you here? go to www.iom4x4.com and your welcome to any meetings.....i would meet up with you but i will be off the island this week....if you need a vehicle to use i have a spare wrangler.... lot's of lanes here i can put you in touch with someone from the club so as to go out.........send me your mobile and i will pass it on.

ive been their 2 and a half weeks, home this weekend - (bedfordshire)
flying back to the island tomorrow for another to weeks
just enquireing for future refernce really, we are working just outside douglas im staying in douglas.
work 6 days a week to get the job done, the job should last till feburary next year, so we are going to be their in two to three week stints with a weekend home inbetween
would love to come out for a ride with someone, aint afraid to get dirty!

the disco is matt's they call it "tonka" or something like that.......he is a member of the iom 4x4 club also. as for me i will be back home this friday...as i also live in douglas we could do the lanes, here is my pronto mobile 498504 speak soon.

Hey, I'm also from that rock in the middle. I'm sure there is an event on when you're over here, you should come along and have a look at what we get up to. That orange disco, as Peter rightly said, is the Tango Tonka Toy, and rightly named too! Im gonna be rather busy this next week or two, but if i do get a spare hour or two i'll give you a ring if you're over. But like Peter said, have a look on the website, and come along to a trail or social event, would be nice to meet you!

sorry everyone, i didnt have internet access on the island and i lost my manx sim card, home in england again now, come off the job for personal reasons so wont be going back in the near future,
on day hpefully for a weekend laneing!
