Peter,
Never question the ducks, you will make them angry....
Try looking on these instead:

One of them points you to the workshop section where it tells you how to correctly fit these worshipped items

You need to get a Duck ASAP, mine saved me a fortune at the weekend, you have never seen anything as spawny in your life!
-
I think you are all nuts, but seeing as I am a member, I guess I too am nuts, so my red devil duck is now on order. Not sure where I am going to put her maybe you can give me some ideas ?

You don't have to be mad to be here but it helps :)
On the dash is themain place to put your wee duck, it protects best from there :)
-
put mine on the centre of the dash
-
The duck also works as an early warning system.
If it floats off the top of the dash then it's time to think about abandoning ship.
-
Does it double as a buoyancy aid too ? Might be handy if the motor dies when I launch my boat ?

put mine on the centre of the dash
That may have been my mistake! I have it on the nearside and i damaged the offside wing

You need a glow in the dark one, they are cool!
-
If anybody has a spare from a bulk order, I'll buy one :)
-
Better make that two...
-
A 101 might just need a pair to protect it after all yours has 6 wheels.
Much harder to protect.
:)
-
Mine has 6 wheels too if you include the spare and the steering one, do I need more too ??
-
Might be convinced to sell a couple when they arrive
-
Just got back from Austria and I have six little ducks looking at me wondering which one is going to be picked to sit on my dash!
Which colour should I use?
-
you know, I'd like to point out that I just bought www.devilduckie.net :D [/code]

Could anyone tell me, once i've ordered these, if the Evil Devil Duck stickers are available, and if so, WHERE??
Cheers
-
The ducks arrived today :D I understand he sits on the centre of the dash but does he look where we're going or does he look at us :?
-
If you need to ask that, then if you face it forwards you will be worried about the rear and vice versa...... you'd better buy another quick
-

Can I nick/beg/borrow the protected by Evil Duck pic on someones signature?

Flashing Devil duck clip.
http://www.seagullparts.co.uk/duck.asf
Its not a very good clip but you get the general idea.
I bought a big 10mm diameter LED from ebay, one of those super bright ones. I got a red one but a white one should work fine. I soldered some wires to the legs of the led, then I used a pair of closed scissors to open up the hole in the underside of the duckie. Pushed the LED into the hole.
I then attached the other end of the wires to my alarm LED.
If you dont have an alarm led you could use one of those fake alarm flashing leds you can buy at auto accessory shops.
-
You've started something now, the girlfriends sat here demanding that she has a flashing duck aswell, only she's not content with the one in the car flashing, she wants her keyring devil duck to flash, I'm not allowed to open up the seem to insert a battery and some sort of flasher unit and she doesn't want anything attached to the outside. Helpfully she does point out there's a little hole in the base (smaller than the end of a pen) :D
-
Send all Ducks to me-you know what i do with them!
-
Having seen the comments on "Flashing" ducks I don't feel guilty about my plans for my "Glow in the Dark" duck who will be surprised when a green LED arrives (well I guess surprised is one way of putting it        )
So before long look out for a green duck on the M25

Shouldnt be too hard to spot either seeing as traffic seldome moves on the M25 :D
As for the flashing keyring duck, cant think of a solution that meets your wifes regulations except, how about getting a small dolls coat, put it over the duck and when she wants it to flash she can open the jacket up, it would work even better if you can get the duck to jump out from behind a bush first though. :D
