Well I was expecting to remove my socks and find a black toe. I chickened out tonight and am staying with my brother in Bicester. Warm, soft bed, hot shower, proper plumbing and Dominos pizza. :D
I am currently uploading some pics and video from his house which you can see here (http://www.barryscott.me.uk/gallery2/v/offroad/whaddon1105/). I will add text and info if and when I can be bothered. Check back as they are being updated.

Great fun. I found the frontera did ok, got stuck 3 times and one where they had 3 cars linked up to pull me out :o
If at first you don't succeed, make sure you [!Expletive Deleted!] it good and proper.
It seems that the average mud clubber is a mix of the friendliest person in the world and the most hopeful all rolled into one.
Cannot wait till tomorrow for round two.

Sorry I did not hang about, suffered badly last night so wanted warm shower, food and bed. Also my nephew goes to bed at 8 so I wanted to be done with the shower as not to wake him (good excuse I know).
I'll be back today, and hopefully less stuck.
There are lots more pics, James J99 MUD friend Russ took loads, I was going to take his camera to my brothers and upload the pics but forgot, sorry.
I will be on ASAP tonight when i get home with more pics and hopefully I can squash down the video's too, my ISP is changing though so if I am not on it may be my broadband is down.

I was so cold Friday night that I could not sleep. However Saturday night I slept very well as I chickened out to get showered, fed and a warm bed at my brothers.
-
COLD!!!!!
Your having a laugh ain't ya!!!
Blimey.
Thanks to the Bar B Q we did'nt freeze!!
T'was fun though
-
Well, me and two of my boys (Bertie 6 and Jim 4) did both nights in a caravan. The heater worked in the evening until the temperature really dropped. By that time though, they were in their sleeping bags and under two quilts!
It seemed like the Saturday night wasn't going to be as cold as Friday - well, I think Sunday morning was the coldest  I managed to boil a kettle and cook the boys some bacon before the Gas froze.
I've got some pictures of the Sunday morning "frost" which I'll post soon :)
-
-3 Friday Night
and
-5 Saturday Night
I was nice and warm didn't feel the cold at all
-
It certainly was cold!!
Waking up in a freezing caravan with frozen gas isn't the best, couldnt even boil the kettle till mid morning when the gas thawed out.
But overall it was a great weekend, glad of the bbq on saturay nite to keep us all warm :D :D
-
Barry was in the little tent don't blame him for going to his bro's.
-

The frozen propshafts on Sunday morning were interesting.
Most people on site left the play site via the water run and everything was frozen come the morning.
Start the car.
I was lucky that I'd left the handbrake off and in gear.
Try to pull away and BANG as the ice shattered.
