Hi been thinkin the last few days about wanting a 90 truck cab or do i just keep my disco!
-
I would stick with the Disco. 90 t/cab is awfully impractical, shove a pair of wellies and a bucket in the back and its full! And winter is coming, oh the joy of trying to keep a 90 screen from misting up.
-
keep the disco and get a 90 as well , easy

He, he, its character 'till you are stood at 6 in the morning trying to get the old bitch clear enough so you can set off to work. I love my 90 and wouldn't swap it for anything but driving with the window down at -5 with a cr@p heater and ducking to see through the clear bit in the windscreen is not fun  .

Ha ha, welcome to the club Matey. You have already decided me thinks, once they get under your skin theres nowt ya can do about it
-
 i dont know wot to do not sure wot to ask for mine as it has so many mods on it and its a 1998 model wot ya think i would consdier a swap :!:
-
Its frightening how little money Disco's are worth these days. Its a case of luck and finding somebody who realises what the mods are. Go on autotrader for an idea but be preapared for a shock
-
been on autotrader but there is nothing like mine its got a list as long as ur arm i think my the better way is if someone swaps
-
keep it, my uncle has got a 90 and i can get most places he can and then i over take him on the way home  and also as metioned earlier the heaters are so much better on a disco and they are comfy when driving. i have thought about it so many times and i admit that one does look nice on ebay, but dont do it
-
it aint gonna help me seeing geckos 90 tomoz at foxham :(bigcry):
-
you know what im going to say

Hi Martin, my 2ps worth is - for green laning keep what you have got = comfy adaquit for the job , for play and break a90 is king =just have to put up with the quirks cold damp crammped SWMBO wont like it , how much play and break do you intend to do? -i voted Disco .
-
From someone who has both. Keep the disco. I never liked the disco until deciding it met certain criteria and buying one (always thought it as a bit of a shop and drop car if you get my drift). Now I can see why every disco driver looks a smug git at the off road sites even if they are stuck on something you've just driven over. 90's are great at one or two things, they are rubbish at most others. The disco is above average at most things, all round much more versatile motor.
Having said all that, it'll be a cold day in hell before I get shut of my 90!!
-
i think you just hit the nail right on the head 90 are really good fun but the disco is good for a lot more then a 90 is but i wont get rid or my 90 now not at all bad thing is i had to go out and get a ford mondeo to take the wife and little girl around nuf sead

-
having had both and at present got a 90 i so miss the disco... not many advantages with a 90 and its not til the disco has gone will you appreciate its "comforts" obviously no regrets here!!...lol
-
I'd love a 90 but there's just not enough room in one for me.
The Disco has it for me.
-
well its up for sale now so no turning back i love my disco but i really want to get in to off roading more so i dont waont to start bashing her around she is too good for that so a 90 truck cab with the bits im after will be fine i hope  so if u know anyone thats after a serious off road disco thats been cherished send em my way :D
