Title: Bargain bought on Ebay

Just got back from collecting a twin catalytic converter exhaust for my Discovery,  :D   £250 plus useally, mine for the bargain price of £100, plus £30 petrol up M1 to Lutterworth and back. Just got to try and fit it now. :shock:

Surley the way forward is to dump the cat?

BUT if it has been running wrong the cats may be FUBAR so youve spent £130 sheets on scrap instead of £250 on new cats

BTW id be careful when you take the lamda sensors out as they can sometimes pull the threads on removal

my vit passes its mot without the cat.
took it off 3 years ago and replaced it with a straight pipe.

Depends on the MOT place and with this new comnputer system, I'd say places will be getting tougher on it

You were missed mate I can tell you that.  New people owning it now and they bent over backwards for us.  Great food, awesome off roading and loads of beer  :P  :P  :P  :P

Roy rolled the RR (again), jeremy crashed his new disco through a fence whislt towing the RR and carlos series 3 hand brake failed and came crashing dwn a hill.  Just a couple of the crazy moments!!!!

Im planning another one for spring, fancy it??  :wink:
