In looking for help trying to sort my problems out with my RRC, i have found this document  on-line.

It seems to be written in plain english, very simple diagrams.
Hopefully it will be very helpfull. (i bloody hope so!)

sorry but a silly question, how do i open a .pdf file? what do i use 2 open it?
