It's nice and warm in the house. A clear bright day outside but I'm guessing it's going to be cold.
So where's my motivation to grovel around under the 101 getting grit in my eyes, trying to rewire the starter circuit?
-
Just thinking similar thoughts myself. That wheel cylinder isn't leaking THAT badly.......
-
Come on boys ..........overhauls on and get to it,they wont fix themselves :D

I'm still sat here trying to muster the strenght to go outside.
-
I've been outside - for some milk
Now I have to do some paperwork

I'm indoors working this morning. Pondering over whether to buy a particular Disco that I looked at yesterday is very off putting though
I'd like to, don't get me wrong. Just making sure in my own mind, and waiting for the AA to get back to me with confirmation on a couple of items from the Car Data Check  Still, there's plenty more out there, and this one's a diesel manual (I'm looking for a v8 auto ideally) although it's a really good example that's never been offroad...
Off to Sarah's grandparents for lunch in a little while though. It certainly looks cold outside
Cheers
Ben

I wish.
Projection plans, production forecasts, etc for a possible business opportunity.
You do a lot of blister work on the old fingers, and it might not come to anything. ](*,)

Well, I've glared at the starter motor a lot, and tried various things to no avail, but on the bright side I've run some new wiring for an additional fuse box, and fitted my new air horn.
Now all I need is the fuse box... Halfords and the local motor factors looked at me blankly. Any recommendations as to where to buy a fuse box, apart from a scrapyard? I just want some spare space to wire in some bits and pieces.

Vehicle Wiring Products
They make some nice fuse & relay boxes.

Too late, eBay came up trumps of course!
I'll check them out for future use though. Thanks.

The hybrid is a pain, been sorting problems out on it since i got it, all electrical, the wiring is pants, looks like its been stored in a field, and damp is attacking all the contacts and relays.
Wd40 is working overtime at the mo
If I have to go into it and re plug all the connections it will take me two days I reckon looking at the mess

Ya big bunch of wussies - get out and get spannering!!! I've just been out and adjusted my alternator belt, it's improved HL's charging quite substantially  must replace it, tho, those missing teeth I noticed today can't be helping!!
-
Well,
I venture outside for a while.
Gave the car a coat of winter protection
That was enough work for me.
Bring on the roast chicken thats being cooked at the mo
=P~ \:D/

Been out and 'twas a bit chilly on the fingers. CB now fitted but jibed at doing the swivel housing seals. Still no snow, but damp and cold. Roast chicken  T'Other Arf's in Antiga with youngest daughter who's getting married out there. Think I'll go for a bar meal. :D
