Title: in to days paper (the sun p19)

(this week, friends of the earth campainers were running around norwich putting "parking tickets" on 4x4s.
why? a big diesel off-road car produces only seven per cent of the particulates you get from the back of a 15- year old ford sierra.
so why not ticket old smokey cars? could it be because friends of the earth should really be called smash the rich? )

these are my thoughts feel free to air your own, or am i alone on this?.
