So here i am waiting for the washing machine repair man to turn up sometime between 8 and 3 :roll: whaty an easy life he does lead as well.
He comes the other day as SWMBO called them out for a noise on the machine, he was here all of 2 mins and diagnosed that it needs a new drum,motor,bearings and drive belt :shock: luckily she kept an insurance aginst this as the last machine was replaced after 9 months under warranty
Goodd job he dont repair cars, can you imagine taking your car in for a squeaking noise and the mechanic starting it up for a minute then telling you you need new engine ,gearbox and wheel bearings without even putting the bonnet up :lol:

remember the old ad for the vw the guy is driving along and there is a squeak it went on to show you it was his missuses ear ring, i would hate to think what it would be if it was a rumble lol.
the price they charge to fix something does not resemble any effort they put or dont put in as you may notice ...............ask him if you can see the printing licence as he must have one to make so much money :wink:

well he,s here and the only thing he hasnt replaced is the outer casing :shock: so i now have a new machine inside an old case how they justify that for warranty i dont know :?
