Just got to sell this one (Kent) and do that one up

Then we need to sell this place. Can't move till its sold as will have two moprtgages . The idea is the equity from this will pay off the mortgge on the Grantham property :D

Especially stuff like motorbike & landrover spares (the bikes eill go up anyway, and I might even leave the 2A up there as well.

Anyone in the Kent area got a 2-bike trailer I can borrow for a weekend?
