Title: Snow - News - East Yorkshire
Post by: Paul on December 30, 2005, 21:17:46: Just seen on the news that West Yorkshire has had quite a bit of the white stuff.

I spotted a Discovery with ''One Lift Live It'' on the side, Snorkel etc.

Anyone on here ?

Post by: Homer on December 30, 2005, 21:45:15: Had to take the Kids back to their "mother" today, left Reading at 5am after seeing the doom and gloom weather forcast on Sky News (Had to be in York by 10).

Must admit that by the time I got to the M1 it was looking like it would be pretty bad. It Wasnt. Snowed all the way to York, not much setteled though. Didnt stop 5 cars spinning off the road southbound between Leeds and York though.

Drove back M1/M62 to Manchester then M6/M42/M40/A34/A4074 back to Reading. Rained all the way.
