is this a decent price as i have not owned a rr just series motors
:D

The MOT is the killer. Are you sure you know what needs to be done to get it through an MOT?
Is the cage competition spec? It may not matter to you but it is some judge of quality and may make it esier to sell later on as well.

hi mike
the cage is a proper one well made the mot the seller said would put through the test for a extra 300 quid i have seen this rangy atound for at 3 years and has done a few comps with the yroc

If it's a runner and if you're really serious about it is it worth booking it in for an MOT just to see what the likely downside is going to be?
-
Buyers market at the moment.................offer him 1500 with a fresh MOT and push for 6 months tax as well
You never know............................
-
that i would like to do
the winch is a superwinch and not a year old the winchbumper is 2 weeks old the buckets are less then 4 weeks old
also he is sort of a mate as my son's mates dad if that makes sense

You're making it sound very appealing.
As suggested try for 1500 with an MOT.
Are you able to see how much rot there is?
Why's he selling it? By the sound of it he's just put a bumper and seats on so why sell it?

short story is he has a td5 disco to play with so does not need rr he sold the car a couple of months ago and the lad did all these new bits and not the mot then came up to christmas and his missus wanted new thia new that and he hadn't finished paying for the rr so had to give it back with a slight cash adjustment for the new bits would like to put a picture up but it is well known around here and i might miss out lol
still got s11 in garage to sell a 1967 mini and 1972 triumph gt6 all needing work and a 1975 s111 daily runabout
so maybe just getting greedy
