itt's only been three days since our Disco went away for some cosmetic sugary.
We have been given a nice new hatchback to use while the Disco is away but it is just not the same.
Already I find my self enviously enviously eyeing up every 4x4 is see.
I've just caught Mrs C C pawing through Land Rover Owner as if it was some sort of Top Shelf mag.
I think we need professional counseling.

Now is the time to start discussion another one ;-)

Shhhh.
They always know when a replacement have been discussed. :?

Who said anything about replacement? If they were thinking like me then it was "as well as" lol

when my rover 620 dies in hopefully a few years time I will have 1 off roader disco and a run around one :D already made my mind up on that!

Exactly... think of it as giving it a.. companion.. a friend.

Trouble is, when you get another to keep one company, THEY BREED!

hmm - well if you can get a stud dog neutered at an ordinary vet then i suppose its just a case of finding the mechanical equivalent - just make sure you get the spiders done too.

MY GOD!! there still a 620 on the uk,s roads???????????????

yup there sure is and it is touch wood going strong. The 2nd hand gear box I got in Feb last year the syncro isnt brilliant but some magnatec oil in it has made it alot better.
I love my 620 as it is the first car I ever bought and I know its complete history.1st owner was work shop managers car at the AA and I have a massive long print out of everything he had replaced and the owner after him was my dad and then me.
The 620 is brilliant and the few rust spots all 620's have I have managed to slow down, again touch wood. It still has a fabulous shine and still drives like it came out the showroom yesterday.
I worked it out last week and I am doing about 12p per mile. £45 to fill up and I get about 350 miles to the tank and that is all miles around town. I get near 400 miles out of a tank when doing motorway miles and 300 miles out of the tank when I tow my caravan that 100kg less than the max the car can tow! I dont think it is too bad myself!

I had a series and then a rang rover appeared but was a bit grown up and didnt like the series and that flew the nest and then the disco came and the series got up set so up rooted to just down the road.
the rover 620 quiet likes a big brother!
