most internet providers have full details for their users...have a look you may just get their address. A personal visit might be in order. You never know they may be on holiday or have had a family crisis but i wouldnt be happy...how do you know its not nicked?
If you are reading this and its you, get in touch like a nice chap. Have you kept an eye on the visitors log? Have they been on? Be interesting to know

If you ask the admins nice enough they should be able to tell the last time they logged in and if they checked their PM's
