Title: lost the series is it just me???
Post by: chuggaman on January 15, 2006, 19:04:15: strange but everyone i speak to seems to look at me stupid when i ask them if they watch it.

i am nearly half way through series 2, ill be watching eps 9 + 10 tonight.

surely im not the only person watching this.

i have seen/downloaded up to episode 6 in season 2 butthats because ive downloaded it, not watched it on t.v

Battlestar gallactica season 2 has just started on Sky..well worth a watch..i finished it about 3 months ago!
Cant wait for the next season of 24 , now thats a well written series!

Post by: Bob696 on January 15, 2006, 21:03:51: the only problem with downloading them is that US scheduling bods are damned annoying and put month long brakes in the middle of a series.

Lost is shown wendsday evening at 9pm EST. It is normaly available for download when I get up at 6am on thursday morning. I watch it thursday night :P Watched episode S02E10 this week.

BSG is shown on a friday night in the US. I watch it saturday night. Watched S02E12 last night.

I often wonder about the copyrite issues of downloading free to view telly programmes. You are allowed to record them off the telly as long as you dont keep them for more than 30 days or make monetary gain. Whats the problem with watching them early? (suppose the advertisers get a little miffed but you fast forward their ads anyway). I have also downloaded episodes of Spooks that I missed, is this breach of C/R?

Dont wanna watch it too quickly though or it will be an even LONGER wait till the 3rd series! :wink:

PS- has anyone else heard the rumor there will be 10 series??? :shock:

SWMBO went to the post office to collect it and paid the duty then.
Easy.

PS. Series 2 part 1 will be avalible to buy in a couple of weeks. :wink:

Got it. Downloaded whilst at work and will watch it tonight before I go to the local CRAG meeting.

Play them straight from the computer to the TV. Wonderfull thing is TV out :-)
