Title: Tyre Widths
Post by: Sharpshooter on January 22, 2006, 22:27:14
What is the width of a 33.12.50.16.

I know the 33 is slightly taller than my 235 85 16's but what will give me more width. Cheers :)

12.5 inches wide.  33 inches tall.  Plenty wider than a 235.

ive got macho 235,85,16 ok although like all remoulds take corners easy as they like to steer themselves occasionally, all told havnt caused me any probs but max speed i go is about 50-55mph, great in the mud

Are you sure it's 33x12.5x16 and not 15?
Don't want you ordering the tyres only to find they're an inch smaller than the rim dia'.

I found 235 85 16 Machos to work well on road for a RRC. They cornered OK and were generally very polite. I don't think you'd be disappointed.

I fitted BFGs 285/75/16 with 33mm and a scorpion racing 2" lift, then de-carbon shocks. My motor handles amazing on and off road and i would recomend BFG m/t to anyone.
