Title: More Alternator Talk

I still have a big question mark over my alternator, and Im considering swapping it for a big 100 or something large anyway.

I want to know if anyone has experience or the means to cross reference part numbers if the big 100amp ones will fit onto my Mpi engine ?

As a afterthought, is there any measures I could take to allow a comparison with others ?
