A mate of mine found out at the weekend that his spare had been nicked, he doesn't know when though because they put another old wheel with crap tyre in it's place and put the cover back on. BA****DS!!

I have the usual locking wheel nut but with a good pair of mole grips you could get that off easily.

What's the best way to secure the things?

Or is it best just to sell the alloys on Eblag and get some steels?

I just try and reverse the disco up to something big so they find it hard to get access to it like a tree or even better some over grown hedge with brambles in or a brick wall.

i use heavy duty bike lock with the long thick wire. i suppose you could cut it but you'd need a hefty set of bolt croppers

I had the same on the 90.
Probably an idear to invest in one of those big D shackel locks.
Dont think it will lockit to wheel carrier but sertainly makes it less atractive to the scum bags

A grub screw in your nuts makes life difficult for light fingers.     Think about it.
