Been looking all over the web for a water pump for me v8.
Had a few quotes...
£190
£150
£102

Now the funny thing is i all ways use paddocks, but i never thought to ring them.....i was having a blonde moment :?
Then lisa said *why dont you try paddocks?*
so i did :D
Got the pump, a dizzy cap and rotor arm for just over £30 :D :D
So once again i'd like to say...I LOVE PADDOCKS :D

Yep, it always amazes me how much they go for on eBay. You could set up a nice little business based on buying them from Paddocks and flogging them on eBay!
Being in the motor industry, I can get some good prices for parts, but I can't get a water pump for the price Paddocks are selling them at.
-
You just got a pump from paddocks yeah? how much did you pay?
if you dont mind me asking
-
I have found them just about the cheapest (and helpful!!) around. My local guy cant touch them either for price....
-
what do they mainly deal in, and whats their number?
-
They are Land rover parts specialist, but do some general related accessories which can be used on other vehicles

The phone service in general is good, I prefer a visit, 30 mins away

I only ordered mine (water pump) yesterday so it hasn't arrived yet. Think it was about £35 from memory.
I've seen them go on eBay for £60!

Im sure she said my water pump was £24 :D
That sound's a lot better than £190 ( my first quote)

The cheapest V8 pump I can find on their web site is £29.40. Most of them are from £35-£45. I hope they are sending you the right one!

Paddocks are great. I just ordered the safari snorkel for Johnty's birthday aswell as something else but forgot a minor detail. Anyway Paddocks phoned me like 20 minutes after I placed the order just to get the detail I forgot (can't say too much as Johnty might see this) so hopefully next week his birthday pressies will arrive all present and correct

lucky Johnty getting a snorkel for his birthday is all I can say. Im not jealous at all and paddocks have good deals on safari snorkels at the moment too! They even have 2 jate rings for £15 as well!
