Title: got me a lightweight!!

Well finally got me a Lightweight restoration project and no doubt going to loose a shed load of money doing it!!

He needs loads of TLC and the one thing if anyone has got any good links to PDF Workshop manuals or cheap parts etc i would appreceate it??

Cannot wait to start work on it but the misses aint!! :oops:

It's definitely a project by the look of your piccies. Have fun, it is very rewarding when you see all the bits coming together and it all starts to look like new again. Especially when you know that it was you that made it happen. :D

This one's a useful resource - S3 manuals just before halfway down the page - not Ltwt but the general mechanicals are the same principle  :wink:

Looks like a lot of the paint will come off with a steam cleaner.

where are you in the world timber dog in case I hear of anyone? I cant find any where where it says your location. It is prob Northampton as that is where most mc members live!

Im looking at buying a house in Bedworth! My guess of Northampton wasnt too far out then  :lol:

If its a 3 bed with a drive and under stamp duty (120,000) send me the details and any photos. I am happy to look at anything. I am in nor rush to buy as I will have 80% of the capital for it soon anyway and a first time buyer so I can just sit back and wait for the right property to come along and yours could be it!

I havent been left that much money by my dad!!! also I hate giving the goverment tax so hence why I want to be under stamp duty!
