Well yesterday after a few weeks I decided to adjust my handbrake,
After a few go's at it still wouldn't hold, Then I noticed as I was pulling myself out from underneath, the drum was loose, :?
It turned out that the transfer/Brake/drivesahft flange nut had come undone  Found a new nylock nut reassembled, and adjusted all works now

i tried to adjust mine but the amount of mud in and around it stopped me  so i ended up cleaning it out

It's bad when you end up having to maintain it
Why can't it be like the oil and be self cleaning.

Matt_h had actually fitted one to to his disco before he set fire to it and he told the X people what they needed to do for it to fit a disco so they def do one for a disco 1 as Matt_H did the proto type for them!
From when I sat in his car and tried it it did seem very good but I dont know what it is like off road though.
I dont worry about my hand brake as I have an auto so P is good enough for me!
