Post by: sleeplessparadise on February 21, 2006, 07:36:02: We woke up to a slight dusting and then the sky turned grey and hey presto we have snow!! Not going to stick though I don't think, the ground looks too wet for it to stay long :(

Post by: smog on February 21, 2006, 15:29:00: Snowed in south Leicester for about ten minutes at lunch time, not sure thats a good thing or a bad thing we can only hope though it's a sign of the great white stuff coming to stay for a day or two.

Just looked out the window now though and there are huge great white flakes floating down from a very ominous looking grey sky!!! Will it last? I doubt it but we can live in hope :lol:

I dont reckon we'll get any cos both Landies and the Jimny are all working!!!! :(

Post by: Manicminer on February 23, 2006, 19:35:34: I have just driven over from Lake Vyrnwy to Bala and there must be about 4 inches of snow. Only about half that on the main road - the tarmac must be warmer than the dirt roads.

Had to push a car out of the way so that I could pass(by hand in case you were wondering :wink: ).
