I have just got home from work to find 3 cars and a 20ton wagon stuck trying to get up our small hill in the Village. So what do you do... Get the rope out. First question was "Will you not get stuck ?" You know my answer to that.....
The second question I got from the wagon driver with trailer was "Will the old bus pull me wagon ?" My reply was " I dont know but I will give it a good go" Ho yes it did.
1975 Series 3 Landrover Diesel. SAG Tyres. Sorry lads no pic's for ya I was to busy. But there ya go.

It was the snow. It stared at 12 dinner and did not stop till 4pm. They all stopped on the road to look at the hill and then set off from the bottom thus no grip. That let the snow cover the road whilst they was thinking about it for about 15mins. It did come down tho very hard. Here is some pic out side around our house.

surely letting the snow fall and settle would give more grip as it isnt compacted to sheet ice?
you see a good old sturdy series 3 will get you anywhere. Im not saying it will get you there quickly but it will get you there with no hearing at the end of the journey too
