Just been surfing the old web as you do and found a Land rover site that has one of my photos in it seemingly pinched from my gallery

the narrative leading up to it appears to be somebody claiming it to be their work and it makes no reference to me (or mud club at all) it even now has the websites address written over it!

If they would had asked my permission I would had been ok with it, but now I feel a little miffed TBH.

I know what you mean, I've had two photos taken from my gallery and put on a 4x4 site, I was never asked if they could use them, they also added there URL on the bottom of my photos.

just a quick note if your photos are used by anyone else that does not have your permision then they are breaking the law as all photos taken by yourself are copyrited to you. if you want the picts removed then you will need to ask them by e mail to remove them if they dont then you can contact the isp that they use to run there site on they must remove the photos by law as the company is in breach of copyrite. hope that this clears up any problems  :)

(they say this is ment to be fun :D )
