I am Fitting a Perkins 4203 into my series 3 88" today. I am going to be taking photos all day of it so I will bring some photos back tonight for all to see. So check out the post later on tonight. I already have rangie diffs in so it gearing will not be a problem.

OK so the Old engine is now out and the new RED perkins is in and the gearbox. The gearbox belhousing is a pain in the bottom as some of the bolts threded the conversion plate. There was a small conversion to do on the engine mounts but its in.....More pics tomorrow....

Cool I am glad you noticed....was sorting the pic out to post on PHOTOSHOP and thought it be funny to do it and see who noticed. He He You get a red star for your wall chart mate.....funny eh...

sling the axles under the springs, that'll give you a lift that high.
dont know how long your props will last, but it would be interesting

that perkins is gonna be a monster off road,
nice and controllable, torque when you want it.
