Start with the pressure rcommended by LR themselves.  With wider tyres they often won't tolerate higher pressures as well as narrow tyres without running on the centre of the tread ie over-inflated.  At the lower end you will have to work out how low you dare go, I found My machos very stiff tyres and letting air out made little difference unless you let out a lot.

Search the forum for tyre + chalk. There's a simle method and it has been outlined countless times :-)

always run mine at 30psi
