:evil: PLEASE CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT COLOUR THE PLUG IS TO THE EFI INJECTOR RAIL??IS IT WHITE OR BLACK.

If you mean the one to the fuel temp snsor on the fuel rail its black. If you mean the one to the temp sensor thermistor into the head its white.

If you've got one mixed up with an injector plug you can check for continuety between injectors as they fire in a gang of 4 on each side of the engine.
