got my lift kit from paddocks yesterday
but no explanation on witch are the front springs and what are the rear
i got a kit for a disco 300 with a winch
any ideas
-
taller ones go at the back

Longer springs go on the back, that should do the trick
-
if youve still got them in the box'es then look at the part numbers and cross refere with the paddocks site
if youve opened them, then i believe the rears will have a slightly heavier gauge/cross section
as i remember they about the same height
good luck

Yes as stated the rears wil have thicker wires(coils)
-
many thanks for the help now all i need is the front disslocation cones
that was left out of the box
-
yust to warn you when fitting the fronts, be prepared for the bolts on the shock absorber turret securing rings to snap.......

no you dont
the front springs cant go anywhere due to the inherant design with the shocks passing through the centre of the springs, ive yet to see a use for front disclocation/relocation cones
