im trying to fit a new water pump, but its impossible to remove the old bolts ive undone3 but the others must be welded on  ive been spraying wd40 used an hammer, rounded 2 bolts off scraped skin off knuckles , its easier to just keep topping the water up :(

 Wow, I know how long you've been at this job :(
Would you get a nut splitter on ?
-
i think some go into the engine casing so if you snap them you have to take the timing cover off
-
:(
Will have a think whilst I rest my eyes ;)

This is one of those jobs that if they snap you have to deal with it...........carnt run without it
-
Couple of methods
Try tightening slightly to see if the thread cracks off, then back and forth a bit at a time until it loosens off
Put some pressure on the bolt head with a spanner and then tap the end of the bolt with a hammer, the shock may release, then back and forward as above
Apply some heat to the bolt head, blow torch, etc, but remember ally will melt faster than the steel
Good luck!
