I stand to be corrected, but looking at the map there doesn't appear to be any vehicular right of way across the beach.

Charge under S34 could be on the cards, plus costs of recovery of the vehicle.

well Clarkson got a toyota going after doing the same.. just needs lots of WD40... and I do mean LOTS!
