				Hi all, just wanted to tell you of an event. (Hopefully some of you will already know about it.)
It is The Yankee Jeep Jam 2004.
Will be held on the 18th and 19th September 2004 at Ribbesford Woods nr. Bewdley. 
The schedule will go something like this:
Friday 17th September 
 
14:00 Gates will open -  Set up camp  
22:00 Gates will close

Saturday 18th September 
 
08:00 Gates open 
09:30(ish) Welcomes etc 
10:00 Off-road site open 
16:00 Last entrance to off-road site 
17:30 Off-road site closes - All vehicles to be back at camp. 
19:30(ish) Possibility of convoy to Stourport for those interested 
20:30(ish) Bonfire lighting 
23:00 Gates will be locked - All those camping to be back by then!! 
 
Sunday 19th September 
 
08:00 Gates open 
09:00 Off-road site opens 
14:00 Last entries onto off-road site 
15:00 All vehicles to be off off-road site 
15:00-17:00 Prize giving (Show 'n' Shine etc) 
18:00 All vehicles to have left site (To allow tidy-up!) 
There is also likely to be night drives available Friday and Saturday night for anyone interested.
It is a charity event with all proceeds going to the air ambulance, sponsored by Specialist Leisure.
There will be traders, caterers, toilets, show 'n' shine, as well as some fantastic, graded, off-roading. it is open to all models of Jeep (including Mahindras) and all american 4x4's.

Might be an idea to put this info in the event section as there is no info on it at all apart from saying its a Yankee Jeep Jam  :roll: 
One chap has registered interest and has a comment saying some info would be nice.
Bewdly is that Devon direction?
